How do I wash my DTF printed shirts?

• Turn inside out before washing. 
• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
• Hang dry or tumble dry low.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
  

Follow these tips, and your design will stay looking fresh through all of life's chaos. 

What's your turnaround time? 

Orders are usually fulfilled in 5-7 business days. Add shipping time on top of that. Need it faster? Reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How does shipping work?

• We ship via standard carriers (USPS/UPS)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• You'll get a tracking email once your order is on the way.
• Local pickup is available if you're nearby, just select it at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

• Custom and personalized items: Final sale (since we make them just for you)
• Everything else: 30-day return policy. Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Shipping costs: Not covered by us (sorry, we're a small business!)

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no!! If your item is damaged during shipping or arrives with an issue, let us know within 72 hours of your delivery notification. We'll replace it, no questions asked! 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're near our little corner of Texas, you can skip the shipping and pick up your order locally. 

Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! We love custom projects: team spirit wear, event shirts, family sets, you name it. There's a one time set-up fee for custom designs, and personalization starts at $5. Just send us a message and we'll get your chaos rolling.
